VANCOUVER – A 43-year-old Abbotsford man is now facing charges after an incident that took place on Saturday, July 26.
Police say at about 1:55 p.m. they received a report from an 18-year-old woman who said a man had grabbed her and then moved a short distance away to expose and touch himself.

Both incidents took place in the 2400-block of Montrose Avenue.
Amrik Singh Kular has now been charged with sexual assault and committing an indecent act.
