VANCOUVER –  A date has been set for the inquest into the death of a man at a Tolko mill in the interior.

Eighteen-year-old Bradley Haslam died last June while working at the Tolko Mill in Lavington, east of Vernon.

He got tangled up in a conveyor belt at the sawmill while on the overnight shift.

He had only been employed at the mill for two months.

The inquest had originally been scheduled to start at the end of March, but it had to be pushed back after new information surfaced.

It will now be held in late October.
