A southeast Calgary home remains taped off while police investigate the suspicious death of a woman found dead on Saturday.
Around noon on Saturday, police were called to a home in the 2800 block of 14 Street Southeast where they found a woman dead inside.

The Calgary Police Homicide Unit is now investigating the death. Neighbours who knew the victim say they are saddened and shocked.
“I just met her a few times, she’s a very nice lady. A very quiet lady,” one neighbour said. “She’s very personable, you know she kept an eye on the community. What a shame.”
Late Saturday afternoon, a black car was seen being towed away by investigators.
Police have yet to comment on the case.
