A woman has died after being hit by a car near Minitonas, Manitoba just after midnight Saturday.
Swan River RCMP responded to the fatal crash at the intersection of Highway 10 and Provincial Road 150 West.

Officers say the woman was flagging down a car while standing on the road, when she was struck.
Emergency personnel transported the 28-year-old to Swan River Valley Health Centre, where she was pronounced dead.
The 32-year-old driver from Brandon, and passenger in the car suffered minor injuries.
The driver was not intoxicated, alcohol appears to be a factor for the pedestrian. The RCMP Forensic Collision team is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
