“It takes time to process a scene, particularly when this is basically a business plus a public accessed area,” explains S/Sgt. Jason Bobrowich. “We have to work within the confines of the weather and resources we can put into place.”

The deceased is described as being between 40 and 50-years-old. A few personal items were discovered near the body, including a sleeping bag.

The cause of death will be determined during an autopsy.
