The vehicle was fully involved in a driveway by the time fire crews arrived.

The fire spread to the bush but firefighters were able to put it out before it spread even farther.

Lake Country fire chief Windsor Stephen says the fire burned one-quarter acre and fortunately, gravel driveways stopped the fire from growing.

The vehicle is a write-off.

There is speculation that the SUV involved may be the suspect vehicle that was involved in the shooting at the Delta Grand Hotel.
