An investigation is set to get underway this morning into the cause of a fire at a West Vancouver home.
It broke out at a home at 26th and Palmerston just before 8:30 last night.

West Vancouver firefighters responded in force and quickly knocked the fire down.
There were no injuries, but it did cause serious damage.
Luckily, the family living in the house managed to escape before the firefighters arrived.
Fire crews were still chasing hot spots earlier this morning.
