Investigators probe suspicious fire in SE Calgary

CALGARY – The Calgary Police Service arson unit is investigating a fire in the city’s southeast on Wednesday.

Firefighters rushed to a home on Elgin Estates Hill S.E. Just after 3 a.m.

Two cars on the driveway of the home were fully engulfed in flames.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze and removed the charred vehicles, but damage on to the front of the house is still visible.

The fire is considered suspicious.
