Weather update: Friday July 4th 5am
Enjoy a mix of sun and cloud today with increasing cloud this afternoon and evening as moisture moves in from the coast.
Temperatures will be slightly above seasonal, but this weekend will be a few degrees cooler.
The westerly flow on Saturday will keep partly cloudy conditions in the forecast with a 30% chance of showers, however the Columbia regions will see more cloud with a 60% chance of showers.
On Sunday, expect variable cloudiness for the Southern Interior and the Arrow Lakes will see a 60% chance of showers.
All other areas will see a 30% chance of precipitation on Sunday.
By Monday, another upper ridge strengthens over our region and temperatures will return close to 30 degrees.
