Police believe drugs and speed may have contributed to a serious collision that sent two people to hospital in life threatening condition.
The driver of a 2005 Nissan Altima was travelling westbound on 16th Avenue at 10th Street NW, when it slammed into a light pole around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
