TORONTO — Justin Bieber is being sued by a man who claims the pop star struck him with his Ferrari outside a Hollywood club last year.
Walter Damon Lee filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday seeking more than $25,000 for property damage and personal injury.
Lee alleges he was struck by a 2011 Ferrari with Bieber behind the wheel at about 11:40 p.m. on June 18, 2013 on Sunset Boulevard at Laurel Avenue in West Hollywood.
The lawsuit claims Bieber drove the sport car “negligently, carelessly, recklessly, wantonly and unlawfully.”
Lee alleges he was injured, including “laceration and crush injury, hematoma formation, deep abrasions to the left knee and leg, fluid collection in the left knee and led, and deep venous thrombosis in the calf and ankle region.”
The lawsuit alleges Lee was unable to work and “may be unable to work … for an indefinite period in the future.”
None of the allegations have been proven in a court.
