TORONTO – Italian striker Mario Balotelli has a cheeky proposal for England; a win against Costa Rica in exchange for a kiss from the Queen.

Balotelli tweeted the offer Thursday as England’s fate at the World Cup now lies in Italy’s hands after the English squad lost 2-1 to Uruguay.

Italy will face off against Costa Rica on Friday, where a victory will put them on the verge of qualifying for the round of 16 but will give England a chance to join them as the Group D runner-up.

The English are facing elimination if Italy loses or draws with Costa Rica or if Italy beats Costa Rica but loses to Uruguay on Tuesday.

Uruguay’s Luis Suarez scored twice Thursday, giving the English side its second straight loss of the tournament.

Wayne Rooney scored his first-ever goal at the World Cup in the loss.

Friday’s matches will also feature Switzerland vs. France at 3 p.m. ET and Honduras vs. Ecuador at 6 p.m. ET.
