HAMILTON, Ont. – Three people charged in connection with the murder of Hamilton man Tim Bosma are scheduled to appear in court today.
Bosma vanished on May 6, 2013 after leaving home in his pick-up truck with two men after posting an online ad to sell the vehicle.
Bosma’s remains were found about a week later burned beyond recognition at a southwestern Ontario farm belonging to one of the suspects.
Police have said they believe Bosma was killed the same night the 32-year-old man went missing, but haven’t said where it happened.
Dellen Millard and Marck Smich are each charged with first-degree murder.
Christina Noudga, who police say was Millard’s girlfriend, is charged with being an accessory after the fact in that case.
