A 5-year old Tsawwassen girl is recovering in BC Children’s Hospital tonight after she fell into the family pool.
It happened just after 3 p.m. Sunday at a home on Kuma Drive.

Several people were in the backyard at the time and the girl was pulled to safety after being in the water for less than a minute.
She may have briefly lost consciousness, but was talking and breathing normally when paramedics arrived.
She was airlifted to hospital as a precaution.
