WEST KELOWNA — It was a simple fender bender but it blocked traffic for several kilometers.
The three vehicle crash happened at around noon Thursday on Highway 97 at Old Okanagan Road in West Kelowna.
A witness says the collision occurred when a Nissan pick-up truck slammed into the back of a vehicle waiting at a red light — causing a chain-reaction.
As you can see in the photo, the incident brought traffic on the highway to a halt.
