Car hits Train just outside Regina

No one was hurt in a train crash just outside the city this afternoon.

RCMP say a 28-year-old woman was driving west on a grid road towards Highway 11 when she hit the 9th car of a southbound train.

The train was moving at the time, but RCMP haven’t confirmed its exact speed.

The woman walked away from the accident. The investigation is ongoing, and RCMP say charges are pending.
