REGINA – The Regina police have released the name of the man who was shot and killed in Regina’s third homicide of the year.
24-year-old Roba Osman of Toronto was killed on May 27th in the 600 block of Williams Street.

Two other men were injured in the shooting as well.
Police have still not charged anyone with this crime.
