WINNIPEG – A man was critically hurt in an assault at a West End restaurant late Sunday.
Police they were called about a serious assault at the McDonald’s at 1049 Notre Dame Ave. at around 5 p.m. A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, police said. Officers are looking for suspects.
The parking lot was still taped off hours later.
Police continue to investigate and are looking for one suspect. They expect to be on scene for a long period of time.
