No explosives found at evacuated Saskatoon school

SASKATOON – Saskatoon police are still investigating a bomb threat that happened at St. Joseph High School on Friday.

The threat was phoned in to the school and administration contacted police.

The Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools board (GSCS) said students were immediately evacuated around 11:15 a.m.

Police, the school resource unit and the explosive disposal unit searched the school and found no explosive devices.

Just after 4 p.m., the school was given the all clear to resume activities.
