Regina teenager sexually assaulted and forcibly confined

REGINA – A Regina girl says she was forcibly confined in a car and sexually assaulted Thursday afternoon.

The 17-year old told police that a man in a white car approached her to share a cigarette on the 900 block of Albert Street.

Once the girl was in the car, it’s alleged that the man sped off, then pulled the car over in the area of the 1000 block of 8th Ave where the 17-year-old was sexually assaulted.

The girl managed to unlock the door and escape on foot.

The suspect is a white male, early 30s to 40s, deep voice, with a thin or average build. He was wearing blue jeans, and a black and yellow ball cap that covered his hair.

The vehicle is a white car with a automatic transmission, beige interior and some rusting on the front of the exterior.
