WEST KELOWNA – An on-line undercover sting by the Mounties has resulted in child pornography charges against a West Kelowna businessman.
In March, an officer with the Integrated Child Exploitation Unit logged onto a chat site pretending to be a 13 year old girl.

After an exchange of allegedly sexual communications, police executed a search warrant at the Ultimate Hockey & Skate store in downtown West Kelowna.
Store co-owner Tyler James Nowek, 29, has now been charged with child luring and making or publishing child pornography.
Nowek makes his next court appearance June 13th.
