WINNIPEG – The woman who died who died at the Victoria Hospital on Wednesday morning was Beverly Custer, 34, police have confirmed.
Custer and Keith Alexander Wallace, 28, got in an argument in their house at 172 Barrington Ave., police said in a news release.

The argument ended when Wallace grabbed a knife and stabbed Custer, police allege.
Wallace drove Custer to the hospital, arriving just before 1 a.m., but she died at the hospital.
Wallace was charged with manslaughter and is being held at the Winnipeg Remand Centre.
