Two brothers charged with arson following Wascana Street homicide

REGINA – A 38-year-old man has been arrested and police are looking for another man in connection to the death of Ray Allen Yacevich, whose body was found in a burned house on Wascana Street in March.

Brian Terrance Gordon was arrested and charged on Tuesday with Arson Causing Damage To Property and Attempted Obstruction Of Justice.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for 43-year-old Lawrence James Gordon for Arson Causing Damage To Property, Attempted Obstruction Of Justice and Failure To Comply With Probation Order.

Earlier in April, police charged 41-year-old Rosalyn Faye Wilm and 22-year-old Sarah Dawn Louisa Wilm with second degree murder in the death of Yacevich.

Brian Gordon will make his first court appearance in Regina on Wednesday afternoon.
