TORONTO – A man is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a shooting in York region early Thursday morning.
Shots rang out just after 4 a.m. on Convoy Crescent near Jane Street and Major Mackenzie.
On their way to the scene, police were called to a nearby plaza where they found a man suffering from two gun shot wounds.
They discovered him next to a car riddled with bullets.
Police say the shooting victim was conscious and told authorities he was shot at another location and then drove to the scene.
No arrests have been made at this time.
