The plan calls for 13 towers of various heights, with the tallest being 45 storeys high.

The lower portions of the towers will contain office space.

The redevelopment would add 2,800 new residential units to the site, as well as “affordable ownership” and senior housing.

The site would be developed in phases, allowing the mall and existing office space to remain open.

The city says the plan will support over 5,000 jobs and provide $228 million in new community amenities.
