The details around what actually happened are unclear, Peel Regional Police Const. Thomas Ruttan told reporters at the scene.

“What may have taken place at this point is under investigation. The Ministry of Labour has been called in and they will be doing an investigation along with us,” Const. Ruttan said.  “At this point it doesn’t appear there’s going to be any criminality to what has taken place.”
