NW winds are expected to hit the greater Victoria and metro Vancouver area with winds of 60 km/hr gusting to 90 km/hr.
Global BC Weather Anchor Kate Gajdosik said after midnight tonight the winds will shift from the west and bring Vancouver and Victoria winds from 40 km/hr gusting to 60 km/hr and diminish slightly to 40 km/hr ( sustained).

The areas effected will enjoy a break through the systems in the overnight hours with more rain beginning Sunday morning and continuing through the afternoon.
By Tuesday, Gajdosik says skies will clears in the afternoon and we’ll enjoy sunny breaks right through until Friday with temps warming up to almost double digits.
