Crews conducted a full high angle rescue operation where one firefighter rappelled down, made contact with the individual and brought the victim out of the cliff area.

The individual was recovered around 5:30 p.m.

Skaling adds the victim was on his own when he fell over the side of the cliff, though it is still unknown what happened.
