Surrey RCMP looking for missing 16-year-old not seen since Dec. 28

Surrey RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 16-year-old girl, not seen since Dec. 28.

Savannah Pederson was last seen in the 14700-block of 88 Avenue and family have not seen or heard from her since that day.

Police say she is known to be involved in high-risk activities, however, police and family are concerned about her well-being and safety due to her young age and length of time she has been missing. Police say she is known to frequent the Surrey area as well as Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

Pederson is described as a 16 year old black female, 5’4″, 161 lbs,with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black and white tights, a black hoodie, black boots, and a white head band.
