Early indications suggest a space heater may be to blame for starting a house fire in Langley early this morning.

Fire crews were called to the home on 86 Avenue near 200 Street at about 1 a.m.

The house was fully involved by the time crews arrived and RCMP officers at the scene say two people managed to get out safely.

Investigators will be back at the scene later this morning.
