A dirtbiker is dead after hitting a pickup truck at a busy intersection in Langley.
It happened around 1 o’clock this afternoon at the intersection of 232 Street and 72 Avenue.
Investigators say multiple witnesses have remained at the scene to provide their account of the collision.

They say the motorcycle was traveling northbound on 232 Street at an extremely high rate of speed and had been passing vehicles on the right shoulder.
It hit a white pickup truck on the passenger side.
The two occupants of the pickup truck were not hurt and are cooperating with police.
Traffic will be closed in all directions at that location for an unknown period of time.
