The province's auto insurance regulator confirmed today Alberta drivers should see their premiums decrease five per cent this year, citing last month's court decision allowing the Alberta government to reinstate a compensation cap on soft-tissue injuries suffered in vehicle crashes as the main factor behind the rollback.
