It was quite the spectacle in West Kelowna Friday morning after a dump truck burst into flames.
Newshawk video shows a tandem truck burning up at the corner of Old Okanagan Highway and Gossett Road in downtown Westbank.
The driver was heading down the road when he noticed smoke coming out from under the hood.
Flames quickly spread to the cab, but the driver was able to escape unharmed.
The fire department got the blaze under control but could not save the truck.
Firefighters expect the fire was electrical in nature.
