The Vancouver Police are looking for a man considered a high-risk offender.
Pedro Perez-Garrido, 47, is wanted province-wide for uttering threats and forcible confinement.

Police say there are allegations he threatened a woman and held her against her will.
Perez-Garrido is Hispanic, 6’1″ tall, 180 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a flower on his left calf and a tattoo of the Virgin Mary on his upper back.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Pedro Perez-Garrido, or sees him, is asked not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
