TORONTO – Toronto police have arrested another suspect in the fatal stabbing of a man during Nuit Blanche, an all-night arts festival earlier this year.
Police say Rameez Khalid, 19, died after being stabbed outside a nightclub in the midst of the popular Nuit Blanche festival on Oct 6.

Emanuel Lozada, 22, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in early December.
Police say they have now arrested Victor Ramos, after he surrendered to police on Monday.
The 21-year-old has been charged with manslaughter.
