Police hope for tips in October stabbing

CALGARY – Police have released pictures of three men thought to be connected to a stabbing outside a downtown Karaoke bar in October.

Police were called to the 1300 block of 10 Avenue S.W. around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2013.

When they arrived, they found a 23-year-old man suffering from serious injuries outside of Galaxy Karaoke. He was rushed to hospital in serious, life-threatening condition.

Now officers are turning to the public in hopes they can help identify three men they want to speak to.

Police describe the then men as 20 to 30-years-old with short black hair.

One was wearing black-rimmed glasses, jeans a dark shirt and a black zip-up hoodie.

The other was wearing dark pants, and a dark winter jacket with a fur-lined hood.

The third man was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt and a black jacket.

Anyone with information about the identity of the three men in the photos is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
