Join Beakerhead as they celebrate their 10th anniversary showcasing the alchemy of the perfect mash up of science, engineering and art. This year, Beakerhead is bringing the fire by welcoming feature installation, BODY, by UK outdoor arts company, Walk the Plank, for its North American debut. BODY is a multi-sensory experience that uses the latest technology to create a deeper understanding of the science of the human form through light, sound, special effects and fire. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s plenty more for earthlings of all ages – a chemical dance, a baroque orchestra interpreting Kepler’s theory, furniture hacking, a roller rink, accessible skateboarding, robotics, virtual reality, and so much more.
