This popular one day community event:
• Welcomes close to 4,000 guests and their pet family members.
• Hosts 40 + exhibitors of pet service providers, not for profit rescue and animal rehabilitation organizations that work with wildlife, domestic, farm, and exotic animals.
• Entertains and educates with demonstrations, interactive games, and attendance of a variety of animals in care.
The Delta Community Animal Shelter (DCAS) helps hundreds of animals each year through emergency sheltering, veterinary care, spay and neuter initiatives, promoting licensing and identification and ensuring the safety of the public (two legged and four).
The Tollie Fund provides health care and programs that would be beyond the shelter’s financial capacity. Last year alone, the shelter facilitated hundreds of animal adoptions into new (and forever) families and did so after providing them with the healthiest adoption possible – and in many cases, thanks to the Tollie Fund!
