Someone in Canada is diagnosed with a blood cancer every 24 minutes. Forty per cent of all childhood cancers are blood cancers. Funds raised through the Man & Woman of the Year event help the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s groundbreaking research that seeks blood cancer cures and improves the quality of life for those affected by blood cancers.
It also helps provide those affected by blood cancers with vital information, understanding, and support through each step of the blood cancer experience and the latest information and educational materials to patients and healthcare professionals. Your support can help find a cure!
