For 23 years, Betty’s Run has been inspiring care, hope and community. Dedicated volunteers have already been planning the 24th annual Betty’s Run, which was to take place on June 14th. However, as the world responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, Betty’s Run has shifted into a virtual event. On June 21st, Join the ALS community online on ALS Global Awareness Day to bring communities together to honour, celebrate and support each other in Calgary and around the world.

What is a Virtual Run/Walk? A virtual run is a race that can be run, walked or ridden from any location you choose. You can run, jog, ride or walk on the road, on the trail, or on the treadmill at home. In this time of social distancing, it means you and your team can all participate, individually, from wherever you are around the world, on June 21st.
