Kaleden Volunteer Fire Department Yard Sale

The Kaleden Fire Department is hosting its 44th Annual Yard Sale. Contribute towards an environmentally-friendly society by donating gently used items to this worthy cause. Smaller items or medium size items (in boxes) can be dropped off at Kaleden Fire Hall by the two shipping containers in the back. Pick up for larger items – Kaleden residents who have lots of stuff, or have no way to drop the items off themselves can make arrangements by calling KVFD (250) 497-8231 or send an email to kaledenfire@shaw.ca Pick up for larger items will be scheduled for May 8th between 6 and 9pm. Please provide your name, address, phone number and brief description of the items. PLEASE NOTE – We ask you to be considerate and not to view this as a free garbage removal service – it’s NOT. NO TVs, old electronics, mattresses, cribs, car seats and hazardous materials. Proceeds towards purchasing equipment for the Kaleden Volunteer Fire Department Training Centre; supporting local charities; local bursaries and other projects.
