Landscapes | June 17 – 30 A blazing horizon at dawn or dusk, lush foliage in the summer and a serene blanket of white in winter – landscapes take many forms with the passing of time. Artists divided by country, culture or decade are united in their love for and unique expression of their favourite landscape. The Federation of Canadian Artists is a registered charity founded in 1941 by professional Canadian working artists including Group of Seven luminaries Lawren Harris, Arthur Lismer, and A.Y. Jackson. Comprised of over 2,800 members, the FCA displays a new exhibition every two weeks, and offers educational opportunities to emerging and established artists.
