A & O is hosting the 12th Annual 55+ Housing & Active Lifestyles Expo on Wednesday May 29, 2019. The purpose of the expo is: • To empower older adults to make informed choices on transitioning from their family home to a new and exciting lifestyle; • To provide information on companies that can ease the process of this transition; • To help older adults maintain their independence by providing information on support services that will enable them to remain in their homes and communities • To provide a free venue with exhibitors and information such as finances, home renovation, physical health, mental health, nutrition, retirement, housing options, transportation, medicine and more!! A & O: Support Services for Older Adults is a not-for-profit organization providing specialized services for older Manitobans across the province. The goal of our programs is to empower and support older adults in the community.
