The annual Zita Bernstein Competition at the Desautels Faculty of the University of Manitoba is an undergraduate competition started in 1997 by Zita Bernstein’s family, in honour of her love of Lieder. The competition gave Zita a great deal of pleasure, watching the growth of these students through their degree and eventually the careers of the various winners. This concert features the winners of the 2018 competition.
