Light a Dream Casino Night and Auction

On Friday November 23, 2018 Light a Dream will be holding its major fundraiser of the year, the annual Casino Night and Auction. The event will be held at the prestigious Beaconsfield Golf Club located at 49 Golf Road in Pointe-Claire beginning at 7:00 pm. All monies raised will go to support the program located at 63 B Donegani, Pointe-Claire. Light a Dream works in partnership with the Lester B. Pearson School Board’s Cooperative education program. Light a Dream plays an important role in assisting the transition of students into the larger community by providing employment experiences. At the storefront, the students working at Light a Dream make and sell candles and other decorative items. The efforts of Light a Dream were recognized when it was named winner of the 2002 & 2008 Quebec Entrepreneurship Contest in the Social Economic Category.
