With emotive finger picking, and a honeyed, impassioned voice, her music seeks to tell a story, to challenge us and to touch a fragile part of the human spirit. As a live performer, Storvold has been described as having a “commanding stage presence, a quirky sense of humour, and knack for capturing moments in song.” Tough and sweet like gravel in honey, Storvold is harkening in a new era of folk icons.
