Join us each Thursday from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm on our South Waterfront Plaza for a fitness class! This week, Salted Cycle will be hosting a spin class with proceeds going to the BC Cancer Foundation. The cycle class is a full-body high intensity workout designed to strengthen your body. It combines an intense cardiovascular sweat, micro bike movements and full body toning reinforced by the authority of music. *Turnt Up Thursdays are by donation & weather permitting.
