Hands in Service is happy to host what ought to be a swinging good time at Parkinson Recreation Centre Sunday May 27th from noon – 7 pm! You are invited dance the day away to the musical talents of Big Band Swing, featuring Wentworth Music, Lake Country Big Band, Thursday Night Jazz Band, Beyond Brass, South Okanagan Big Band, and Dreamland Big Band. This event is in support of the work of Hands in Service, an organization that provides caring volunteer assistance with basic housekeeping, laundry and simple food preparation to vulnerable people ages 19 – 64; with food security and referral assistance to all.
