The Museum of Anthropology (MOA) at UBC invites you to the closing celebration of Amazonia: The Rights of Nature on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 1-4pm. While running, this exhibit explored the creative ideas that inspire Indigenous resistance to threats facing the world’s largest rainforest. To commemorate the exhibition’s end, MOA will be hosting Amazonian themed art activities for kids, a final curatorial tour, and screening of several short films with the opportunity for a Q&A with the talented filmmakers afterwards.
