Swing ‘n’ Skate

Jump and Jive at City Hall! Local bands bring the swing with live jazz and big band music every Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm during January and February. The Sugar Swing dancers will be on hand to teach you a new step or two. This free event is fun for all ages! Free skate rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. The plaza rink is open during favourable weather conditions, please call 311 for updates. City Hall is a great destination for families. Located in the heart of downtown Edmonton, City Hall is easily accessible by public transit and offers heated underground parking. Public washrooms are available inside and food establishments are close by.
